NSS IT Solution implemented TOS (comprising TMS and CTS) at Terminal Melaka Sentral and provided terminal management services (where NSS IT Solution’s primary function is to assume the role of a system operator to operate the TOS at the terminal).
NSS IT Solution developed the KTMB Integrated Ticketing System (“KITS”), a ticketing solutions platform for KTMB serving Shuttle Tebrau, Komuter Utara, ETS and Intercity passenger routes. The KITS integrates management and operational system software with hardware which includes ACGs and TVMs at KTMB’s stations.
